These terms and conditions govern the nature and quality of service offered to our vendors, they are set in order that all customers requesting services from the service provider enjoys a positive customer experience. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Terms and Conditions

Quality of service clause

All nature of services provided must meet the recommended standards as stipulated by Jumia, where they do not;

  1. Meet the requirement as provided in guidelines
  2. Pass approval of Jumia’s quality control

The service provider is mandated to improve particular service upon request of the customer at “no extra cost”

Storage and Damage of Vendor product samples

All product samples received by service providers must be properly stored and cared for. In event that samples are damaged in the care of service providers such sample will be fully paid for by the service provider.

Service Level Agreement and Turn-around time for Services

Service cost and SLAs for all services must be clearly spelt out on the https://productionservices.jumia.com.eg/ website.

All SLAs must be strictly adhered to with regard to delivery timelines and schedules.

Discontinuation of service

Jumia reserves the right to discontinue the use of any service provider at any time.
